At HOVINA GLASSES, your satisfaction is important to us. While we do not offer cash refunds on eyewear purchases, we offer a 7‑day exchange to help you get the right fit, style, and setup.

7‑Day Exchange Policy (Frames)
You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if:
- The frame is too small or too big, or
- You want a different frame style
Exchange value options
- Exchange for an item of the same value, or
- Upgrade to a higher-priced item by paying the difference (where applicable)
Prescription Lenses / Customized OrdersÂ
Prescription lenses are custom-made for you. Because of this:
- If the issue is fit/style of the frame: we can exchange the frame (as long as it meets the exchange conditions). Lens handling will depend on the lens type and condition.
- If there is a confirmed production error by us (e.g., wrong lens power vs. the prescription you provided, wrong lens type vs. what was agreed/selected), we will correct or remake the lenses.
- If you change your mind after production (e.g., new prescription, different lens option, coating upgrade), we can still help, but it may require an additional fee (because lenses are customized).
Lens recommendations (so you choose right the first time)
Not sure which lenses to get? We can recommend the best option based on your prescription and lifestyle (work, driving, screen time, fashion, etc.).
Before you order, message us on WhatsApp with:
- A clear photo of your prescription (or type it out)
- Your main use (reading, work, distance, all‑day, fashion)
- Any preferences (anti-glare, photochromic, blue-light, thinner lenses)
We’ll guide you on what’s best before checkout to reduce mistakes and exchanges.
