Please Refer to our finding your Help on the main menu, then go to how to order the perfect frame on line.
4. How can i customize my frame ordered to my current prescription?
To customize your frame to your prescription simple click on the frame, then select the kind of effect for the lens you want after which you confirm your order. then scan your prescription to firstname.lastname@example.org.
5. Can I pick up my Order?

6. Do you do Nationwide delivery?
Yes we do.
7. Do you do Pay on Delivery?
Pay on Delivery Lagos Alone.
8. How long will it take to Process my Order?
Within 24 hours, but allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery for just frames or Prescription Glasses. But for Special orders it will take 14days.
9. Do you do same day delivery?
Yes, but for Lagos Alone.
10. Are your Lenses plastic or glass.
All our lenses are plastic and they come with UV protection.
11. What is your policy on Returns/Exchange?
We have a 7 days return policy if you are not pleased with your glasses, after which we may not be able to proceed. Refer to RETURN and EXCHANGE POLICY for more details
